Brackmills has teamed up with the Northamptonshire Logistics Forum and Northamptonshire Police to run this half day counter terrorism briefing. This is a free event for all Brackmills based businesses and members of the industry led forums

Run by Steve Gamble (East Midlands Special Operations Unit -Special Branch) and Andy Tomlinson (Counter Terrorism Security Advisor), this informative workshop will outline threats, protecting sites, security measures for the industry, what to do in the event of an incident, how to respond to an incident. A highly informative and useful session.

The Cross-sector Safety and Security Communications (CSSC) East Midlands Region was established in December 2017 and covers the Counties of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Northamptonshire. The group works in partnership with key public and private sector organisations in the region to provide local business with proactive security advice, to help improve their business resilience, and reactive security information, when there has been a major incident

There will also be a Q&A session.
