Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Brackmills Industrial Estate Ltd – Tuesday 24th September 2019
In accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company one third of the BID's current Directors must retire from office and will then be entitled to put themselves up for re-election.
The following four Directors have retired but will be seeking re-election at the BID's AGM in September:
- Michelle Coles
- Mark Meadowcroft
- Charlotte Patrick
- Martin Paynter
Members may put forward other persons to stand as a Director of the company, so if you would like to do this or put anyone else forward for consideration please contact the BID office by Friday, 13th September by emailing [email protected].
The AGM is at 5pm.
