This is set to take place on Friday, 28th February, 9.30-12.30pm.
Here is a little about the event:
Unconscious bias profoundly influences decision-making, often resulting in missed opportunities to create a diverse & inclusive workforce. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore distinct types of unconscious bias through real life examples, gaining insights into how bias impacts our judgment. We will walk through day-to-day situations where bias plays a role, fostering a deeper understanding of its effects and then equip participants with actionable strategies to create a fair and positive work environment. Participants will learn tools to challenge internal stereotypes within their workplace.
This session will be run by Helen Russell of The Right Track Consultancy.
