Q Space and Brackmills BID are hosting a LGBTQ+ Awareness training session to support, educate and raise awareness in a workplace environment.
This interactive session will raise awareness of LGBTQ issues through conversations and how organisations can support their LGBTQ community within their workforce. The format will enable those attending to ask questions in a safe supported environment and help to improve understanding of the impact conversations/ activities can have on the community.
Q Space are a charitable organisation set up to provide a warm welcoming, safe and supportive environment to the LGBTQ+ community and its allies across Northamptonshire. They run awareness sessions and offer group and 1 to 1 support. The organisation is volunteer led and passionate about improving awareness of LGBTQ issues.
Places are limited to one representative per business with a maximum of 30 attendees.
