Our Brackmills BID Chair Jon Morgan is on route to Paris this week – joining a 48-strong group of cyclists for the annual Ride 4 Hope event.

Ride for Hope 2024 is a four-day cycle ride from Northampton to Paris, with cyclists peddling for charity and raising funds for Northampton Hope Centre

Jon has already raised more than £5,000.

Jon Morgan, CEO of Nationwide vehicle repair and servicing company In ‘n’ Out Autocentres a Which Trusted Trader, that is sponsoring the event, said: “This is the fourth Ride4Hope that IN n OUT Autocentres have supported and will be the fourth I have ridden. It’s important to support local charities and it’s a privilege to see the progress that people who access Hope’s support make.

“Last year, I pushed myself by adding the Northampton half marathon to our fundraiser and this year, I’ve taken it even further with multiple half marathons, a Tough Mudder, and various other challenges in my quest to raise over £5,000 for this remarkable charity.”

Sara Homer, CEO of Brackmills BID, said: “Good luck to Jon and all his fellow Ride4Hope cyclists. The Hope Centre is an essential, life changing charity. As part of our commitment to giving back, we have pledged to match any donations from Brackmills BID businesses – up to a maximum of £5,000.”
