Why did Richard join the BID?

Richard has been involved in a number of projects on the estate over the years. He has first-hand seen the impact that the BID has on businesses, including the improvement to the working environment. One of his highlights includes arranging the deal that brought the amenities onto the estate, such as Costa Coffee, Subway, Pizza Hut and Greggs. Prior to this development in 2017, there were just a couple of burger vans and people were crying out for more. Brackmills is a big estate and he recognised the need for more amenities. Combining his position on the board and his business enables him to make a positive impact for all of the occupiers on the estate.

Outside of work

When Richard isn’t working, he is a huge sport enthusiast. He follows Norwich City football club, and spends his spare time in Norfolk with the family, cycling, kayaking or taking the dog for a walk.
